Camera, try using a 2000 milliamp power adapter. It will assure you of the
best performance!
The usual, run-of-the-mill 500 milliamp power adapters are just not good
enough. This is especially true if you are using power/video cables.
Sending 12 volts down 50 to 150 feet to drive a CCD Infrared Camera will
result in a substantial and serious loss of power...this is called
attenuation.
Paying a couple of dollars more to get the
"proper" amount of power for your camera will result in far better images
at night, deeper colors during the day, and a sharper, crisper, more stable
picture.
This is an AC-DC Adapter that has an output of
12 volts - 2000 mAmps and is center positive w/2.1mm Barrel connector to plug in
to camera power connector.
